Herb Burgers

1/4 cup chopped parsley
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef

Combine parsley, green onion, chives, dry mustard, garlic, salt and pepper in a medium-size bowl; blend well. Add ground chuck and mix lightly with a fork. Shape into 4 equal size patties.

Grill over gray coals, 6 inches from heat, about 4 minutes on each side, turning once. Makes 4 servings.
